Hi, I'm
Saint Mbakop
Continuous Improvement Expert · Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
Springfield, MA
I lead enterprise Lean Six Sigma and business-transformation work across healthcare distribution -- more than $1M in annual savings, the KPI frameworks and governance routines that keep it visible, and the Kaizen events that get cross-functional teams unstuck. This site tracks my resume, occasional writing, and the goals I'm currently working toward.

About
Ten-plus years into operations and transformation work, I care most about building continuous-improvement capability that outlasts any single project -- KPI frameworks people actually use, Kaizen events that change how a team works, coaching that sticks after I move on. I also teach leadership and decision-making workshops at CUNY, which keeps me close to how people actually learn to lead. Outside of work I'm finishing an MBA and building software on the side -- a few of those projects are below.
Projects
A few things I've built outside of the day job.
BizFlow Africa
A mobile-first small-business OS for African entrepreneurs -- sales, expenses, inventory, customer credit, and rule-based coaching, running in a live pilot for a hair-braiding business.
FermePiscicole
A fish farm management app that tracks sales, stock, feed, and expenses with a daily dashboard rollup, built for francophone fish farmers.
EasyBraid
A two-sided marketplace for booking hair braiders, modeled on Uber and StyleSeat -- browse braiders, book appointments, and manage a braider's calendar and earnings.
AIPM Decision Platform
A policy-grade scoring tool for evaluating manganese processing projects against Gabon's 2029 raw-ore export ban, built for government reviewers, DFIs, and mining operators.
Writing
The Immigrant Operator
Coming January 2027A book on turning survival into systems, discipline into leverage, and work into legacy -- drawn from immigrating from Cameroon, working security in the Bronx, and building a career and businesses from there.
